This position supports the full spectrum of MQ-9 development, production, retrofit, acquisition, and sustainment activities while helping Government stakeholders maintain integrated program visibility and informed decision-making.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nProvide project management-level support for systems integration, planning requirements, special projects, combat systems, and related functional branches.\n\nSupport strategic and integration planning across the MQ-9 portfolio and coordinate key program details to present overall program status.\n\nDevelop, maintain, review, and analyze integrated project schedules that align logistics, engineering, test, production, retrofit, and sustainment activities.\n\nReview and analyze Earned Value Management System (EVMS) reporting and project schedule data in accordance with applicable DoD, DFARS, IPMR, and data-item-description requirements.\n\nEvaluate schedule logic, links, constraints, leads, lags, relationship types, float, durations, critical path, Critical Path Length Index (CPLI), and Baseline Execution Index (BEI) using the DCMA 14-Point Schedule Health Assessment.\n\nReview Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) information and assess CDRL IMS deliverables for compliance with applicable development and reporting requirements.\n\nSupport the development, maintenance, review, and analysis of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and project schedule information throughout the MQ-9 community.\n\nIdentify and assess potential cost, schedule, integration, and performance risks; analyze program impacts; and recommend mitigation strategies for Government consideration.\n\nPrepare and coordinate program briefings, execution reports, decision papers, acquisition documentation, planning documents, system requirements documentation, and system integration plans.\n\nSupport technical and management conferences, meetings, periodic reporting, budget estimates, program deep dives, what-if analyses, roadmaps, and standardized schedule-management reviews.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nActive Secret security clearance.\n\nMinimum of 10 years of Microsoft Project experience.\n\nAt least two years of experience using Microsoft Project 2010.\n\nAt least two years of experience using Milestones Professional R2010 (KIDASA Software).\n\nDemonstrated knowledge of DoD acquisition program management, integrated scheduling, EVMS, risk management, and technical performance reporting.\n\nExperience applying DoD and Air Force scheduling guidance, including IMP/IMS development, schedule analysis, and schedule-health assessments.\n\nStrong analytical, coordination, facilitation, briefing, and technical-writing skills.\n\nRelevant Knowledge and Standards\n\nDFARS 252.234-7002 and the DoD Earned Value Management System framework.\n\nDoD EVM Implementation Guide and OSD IPMR Implementation Guide.\n\nIPMR Data Item Description DI-MGMT-81861.\n\nDCMA 14-Point Schedule Health Assessment.\n\nDoD IMP and IMS Preparation and Use Guide.\n\nAFLCMC Process Guides A102, A105, A106, and A107.\n\nMIL-STD-881C and DoD 5000-series acquisition policy and guidance.\n\nCompensation\n\nSumaria Systems offers competitive compensation, with top salaries available for highly qualified candidates.\n\nAbout Sumaria Systems\n\nSumaria Systems is a full-lifecycle engineering, technical services, and professional solutions company supporting the Warfighter.
