This is an opportunity to join a company investing heavily in growth, technology, and its people.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nManage multiple transportation infrastructure projects from award through closeout.\r\nLead Superintendents, field crews, subcontractors, and vendors.\r\nMonitor project schedules, budgets, job costs, and profitability.\r\nManage WIP reporting, forecasting, revenue recognition, and cash flow.\r\nCoordinate procurement, materials, equipment, and labor resources.\r\nReview contracts, drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.\r\nEnsure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.\r\nBuild strong relationships with clients, municipalities, and project stakeholders.\r\nQualifications\r\n5+ years of Project Management experience in heavy civil, transportation, or utility construction.\r\nExperience managing multiple projects simultaneously.\r\nStrong knowledge of WIP accounting, job costing, forecasting, and scheduling.\r\nExperience leading self-perform construction operations.\r\nExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.\r\nExperience working with municipalities, DOT agencies, or roadway contractors is highly preferred.\r\nRequired Skills\r\nTraffic Signal Construction\r\nRoadway Infrastructure\r\nFiber Optic Construction\r\nTelecommunications Infrastructure\r\nElectrical Construction\r\nPreferred Skills\r\nMicrosoft Office Suite\r\nPay range and compensation package\r\nQuarterly Bonus Opportunity (10% target annually)\r\nCompany Truck\r\nGas Card\r\n401(k) with Company Match\r\nPaid Time Off\r\nPaid Holidays\r\nEqual Opportunity Statement\r\nThis role is ideal for a Project Manager who enjoys leading multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, self-perform environment.
