Create awareness of cross-functional inter-dependencies and establish prioritization for plan execution to minimize disruption on daily operations.\r\nChampion with product, design, engineers, and operation leadership. Communicate with Executive Leadership on progress and risk.\r\nDrive the strategic planning and execution of high-impact programs within our product development teams, collaborating closely with infrastructure and cross-functional groups across the company.\r\nPlan, manage, and deliver multiple technical programs that may span multiple organizations and locations.\r\nAct as a key contributor to the agile practice at Compass and high-level planning, both quarterly and yearly.\r\nDrive, operational and cost excellence and process improvement across the organization.\r\nProvide programmatic leadership for security initiatives geared towards hardening our real estate platform.\r\nCreate clarity and drive decision making with data and metrics through well-written executive-level and team-level narratives.\r\nWhat We Look For\r\nBS/MS in Computer Science or related engineering field.\r\n7+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a large high pace tech environment.\r\nStrong verbal and written communication — excellent ability to influence stakeholders and leadership through data-driven reporting.\r\nExperience with scripting languages & SQL queries.\r\nProven track record of successful technical program management in high-performance teams, directing initiatives across multiple teams and managers.\r\nExperience managing initiatives within large scale systems in rapid growth environments.\r\nFamiliarity with modern software development practices and technologies (e.g containerization, microservices architecture, continuous integration, and delivery).\r\nKnowledge of AWS and modern cloud architectures as well as security platforms and frameworks.\r\nSelf-drive and ability to create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.\r\nPerks that You Need to Know About\r\nParticipation in our incentive programs (which may include eligible cash, equity, or commissions).
