Housekeeping Field Supervisor

Nature of Work: A part-time role providing training, support, supervision, and issue resolution for housekeepers, guests, and homeowners, primarily pertaining to housekeeping.Illustrative Tasks:Train field staff on Twiddy & Company housekeeping policies and proceduresInspect quality of cleaningMeet with homeowners and guests to provide Southern hospitalityProvide in-person constructive feedback to housekeepers to drive improvements in future performanceDeliver supplies for housekeepers and customersReporting Senior: Housekeeping SupervisorSchedule and Admin: This position requires a flexible work schedule, with weekends being mandatory. Scheduling is dependent on reservations and current task load, as determined by direct supervisor.
