To assist the activities team with the shuttling of vehicles, gear and guests on and off property. Maintaining resort vehicles and assisting in the execution of guided activities.What We Offer:Career Development and Advancement OpportunitiesEmployee Assistance Program (5 free counseling sessions)Referral Bonus Program (Get paid $250 to recruit)Carpool Reimbursement ($5-$20/Day)Employee Discounts on Merchandise (30% on select items in our retail store)Employee lunch providedThe Primary Functions are:Shuttle guide vehicles for river activities (fishing and floating), and occasionally others.Assist in the setup and breakdown of guided activitiesMaintain a professional demeanor when greeting and interacting with all guests during transportation from activitiesDrive and operate multi-passenger vehicles with trailers.Ensure weekly vehicle inspections and deep cleans.Maintain a high level of attention to detail at all timeCommunicate and maintain timelines and prioritiesLooking for Team Members with:High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related courseworkMinimum of 1 year of experience in customer serviceProficient in backing up trailers and loading/unloading of boats, rafts, jet skis and bikesA friendly and professional manner under periods of high demands and with guests, team members and managementValid driver's license with ability to meet company auto insurance policy requirementsIf you are passionate about Hospitality and ready to take on a new challenge at a prestigious resort, we would love to hear from you.
