Job Description Delphi Healthcare is currently recruiting a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrician for a permanent opportunity at Lewis County Health System. This position offers the unique chance to step into an established practice as a retiring FP physician transitions out, while also helping shape and grow a developing pediatric service line. ---------------------------------------- Position Overview Base Salary: $340,000 (full-time permanent outpatient + inpatient/call responsibilities) Start Bonus: $25,000 paid with first paycheck Productivity Bonus: RVU-based (paid quarterly, >50% MGMA) Call Coverage: Approximately 10 days/month (shared among 3 providers) Clinical Scope Outpatient pediatric care with opportunity to help build a new pediatric office
