We are searching for an exceptional National Sales Representative to join our Sales Team! You are a fit for this role if you are driven and hungry as you are equally experienced in flexible packaging sales!
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Initiate and execute strategy to maintain and grow the assigned account
Develop and execute sales for concentrated and uninvestigated accounts
Possess a detailed knowledge and have recent experience in sales of flexible packaging
Orchestrate and lead key business negotiations, supporting interests demonstrating an ability to influence decision and actions
Maintains CRM data with detailed record keeping of sales activities, including opportunities, calls, quotes, relationship status, customer contacts, etc.
Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their needs; identifies and proposes products to meet those needs.
Performing inside and outside sales activities to generate new sales and meet or exceed sales goals
Manage accounts receivable as acceptable levels with assistance from the customer service department
Build highly collaborative relationships between ColorMasters and account(s) to include senior leadership, procurement, engineering, quality, operations, sales management, support teams, key ColorMasters’ global contacts etc. with a view of enhancing sales initiatives and profitably while meeting customer needs
Identifying decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process
Collaborating with the sales team to execute on strategic sales approaches
Drive forecast accuracy for improved business results within the flexible packaging industry
Create and deliver qualified opportunities to ColorMasters according to defined processes
Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database
Attend regular sales training sessions and build knowledge that would benefit sales for ColorMasters
Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position and always represent ColorMasters appropriately
Perform other duties as assigned
SKILLS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
At least 10+ years of experience in the flexible packaging industry.
High level of integrity and work ethic
Experience with customer relationship management software preferred
A confident self-starter with great business acumen and excellent interpersonal skills
Exceptional verbal, written communication, and presentation skills appropriate for dealing with business professionals at various levels
High energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm, willing to go above and beyond to make Colormasters successful
Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures
The ability to occasionally travel and attend sales events or exhibits
Research Skills
Social Media Computer Savvy: Google, LinkedIn
Technical background
Resource based on Flexible Packaging knowledge
