We attract ambitious individuals who operate in unique ways while upholding exceptional craftsmanship and excellence.THE ROLEThe Digital Marketing Manager plays a key role in executing and evolving the brand’s digital presence across owned media channels including social media, email marketing, and website contentPrimary Responsibilities:Partner with the Digital Marketing Director to support and execute digital marketing strategy across social media, email marketing, and website contentManage day-to-day owned media workflows and ensure all digital communications align with brand voice, seasonal priorities, and business objectivesOversee the creation and management of copy across digital channels and ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand accuracyDevelop creative briefs and coordinate timelines, approvals, translations, assets, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders and regionsBuild, schedule, and deploy all email marketing communications across various markets and languagesManage the seasonal digital marketing calendar in partnership with merchandising, buying, and cross-functional teams to align campaigns with product deliveries, launches, and company prioritiesSupport the evolution of the brand’s social media presence through strategic input, content planning, and performance learningsCollaborate with internal creative teams, copywriters, and external partners or agencies to execute digital campaigns and content initiativesEnsure all digital touchpoints—including email and social—deliver a cohesive and elevated customer experience reflective of the brandManage reporting and insights for digital marketing initiatives and consolidate data from global teams into clear and actionable monthly performance reportsAct as a key cross-functional partner across merchandising, buying, creative, and global marketing teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of initiativesManage and mentor one direct report while fostering a collaborative and solutions-oriented team environmentTHE IDEAL CANDIDATEMinimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, or communications, preferably within luxury fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or a creative agency environmentDemonstrated experience with social media management, email marketing, digital campaign execution, and content workflowsStrong copywriting and copy-editing sensibility with a clear understanding of brand voice and toneAppreciation and awareness of the luxury fashion landscape, creative culture, art, and competitive market trendsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentStrong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across teams and levels of seniorityDiplomatic, level-headed, and collaborative approach to problem-solving and stakeholder managementStrong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to derive insights from digital performance reportingExperience working within global organizations and coordinating across regions and languages strongly preferredExperience managing direct reports or mentoring junior team members preferredProficiency in email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and digital reporting platforms preferredWHAT WE OFFER YOUCompetitive compensation. Salary Range is $90,000 - $105,000 + target bonus.
