Palmetto Sitework Services provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, genetics or veteran status.Description Of PositionThe Construction Assistant will provide administrative support services to project management teams in the areas of contract administration and accounting for the purpose of ensuring compliance.Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support services to project management and construction teams; Maintain document control process according to construction contracts for all active project assignments; Capture and manage all data effectivelyPrepare and process all subcontract and purchase order agreements in a timely manner; Lead and manage project’s critical action items to ensure continuous forward movement and daily focusFoster and ensure cooperative and collaborate relationships while administering support to Project Managers and Preconstruction Services as needed for production of scanning and printing drawings; Actively engage in weekly, monthly, and quarterly team huddles and other project team meetings; Demonstrate the ability and willingness to adapt to new innovations and best practices for the success of the companyDemonstrate the ability and willingness to accurately perform a wide range of diverse administrative duties; Develop and demonstrate a thorough understanding of roles, standard operating procedures, and the importance of other business functions; Adjust appropriately to client and project demands to add value to support servicesDemonstrate proficient computer and software skills of reprographic hardware and software, general use hardware and software, company software programs, contract/purchase order, and project management software, and appropriate hardware
