In this role, you will appraise damaged vehicles and determine vehicle value. Your responsibilities will include performing physical inspections, documenting damage, and reviewing repair estimates. The ideal candidate is methodical and detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.ResponsibilitiesPerform physical inspections of damaged vehiclesDetermine the extent of damageDocument repairs needed and review repair shop estimatesDetermine vehicle value and provide documentationQualificationsBachelors degree in a relevant field is preferredPrevious experience as an Automotive Estimator is preferredExcellent written communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work with little or no supervision
