In this high-impact role, you will support all facets of the ticket office as the first point person when ticketing issues arise at the counters or phones. The incumbent is in place to handle issues and questions to ease the load of managers and produce quick resolutions to guest problems or questions. The TSR Captain position allows managers to focus on larger issues resulting in the overall guest experience to be at its highest level. What You Will Do:Greet each guest in a friendly and enthusiastic mannerPerform assigned duties with a focus on excellent guest serviceSell tickets using Ticketmaster Host, Archtics and TM1 Sales ticketing systemProvide information regarding event schedules, various pricing and seatingarrangementsExplain venue and show promoter policies for all eventsTroubleshooting digital ticketing issues within the Suns and Ticketmaster AppsAnswer ticket office phone lineProvide general information regarding arena policies and event detailsMaintains regular and reliable attendance (60% monthly event availability)Stay current on events scheduled at the Footprint CenterTroubleshooting event night issues (customer account issues, ticket transfers,scanning, etc.)Balancing and reconciling daily/nightly ticket salesEnsure compliance with ticket related ADA lawsAssist in box office cleanlinessFollow dress code policy-Business casualOther administrative duties as assigned What We Need from Our Ticket Service Representative:Excellent customer service and interpersonal skillsEffective problem solving using multiple ticketing software platformsBasic computer skillsAttention to detail in a fast-paced environmentMaintain a professional appearance and demeanorEnglish/Spanish bilingual is a plus Experience/ Education Requirements:Minimum six months guest service experience requiredCash handling and credit card transaction experience preferredHigh School Diploma What You Can Expect: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by Ticket Service Representative to optimally perform the essential functions of this role. Flexible schedule includes weekends, evenings, some holidays and some overtime to meet business needsMost event shifts begin at 4:45 PM and last 3-5 hours.Non-event phone line day shift are available Monday-Friday 10am-5pmAbility to stand for extended periods of timeMust be able to work 60% of events or day shifts each monthWork Indoors, away from the elementsL-Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly (Constantly: activity or condition exists 2/3 or more of the time) to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for Sedentary Work.
