You will play a key role in sharing best practices, ensuring the quality of deliverables, and evolving work methods.\nAccording to the organization, this position could progress to a managerial position down the road.\nYour Missions\nTechnical Leadership\nAct as a technical reference and mentor for the team.\nLead code reviews, technical workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.\nParticipate in architectural decisions and promote best practices.\nEnsure the quality of deliverables and harmonization of components.\nDevelopment & Quality\nDevelop both front-end and back-end components.\nEnsure code quality through testing and CI/CD processes.\nMaintain and evolve existing web products in an industrial context.\nWrite and maintain technical documentation.\nCollaboration & Team Building\nFoster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.\nParticipate in recruitment and onboarding new developers.\nContribute to performance evaluations and individual objectives.\nEnsure communication between development, product, infrastructure, and technical management teams.\nRequired Skills\nBS computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
