A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Inside Sales Commercial Training & Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Define and lead the Inside Sales enablement strategy aligned to revenue goals and growth targets
Establish a structured enablement roadmap for onboarding, skill development, and methodology adoption
Partner with Sales Leadership to align enablement initiatives with business performance metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
6+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Leadership, or Sales Enablement
Experience in shaping a sales enablement strategy
Proven experience in building scalable onboarding and skill development programs
Experience with AI-enabled sales and enablement platforms preferred
