CNC Technical Parts Support

Our commitment to excellence ensures our clients receive the best in equipment and support, fostering their success and ours.We are looking for a customer service-oriented person with experience in technical parts to join our Service Team.Role OverviewIn this critical role, you will provide accurate, timely technical parts support to the field service team and our customers across all machine lines.Communicate with field technicians on the status of parts ordersCommunicate with field technicians and customers to identify parts by researching drawings, parts books, databases, catalogs, and other available resources for accurate part identificationContact vendors to identify and/or validate part definition, price & availabilityEnter stock and vendor parts orders. Create parts purchase orders and submit to vendorCommunicate with customers regarding pricing, delivery & purchase requirements, and obtain customer purchase ordersProvide technical parts support for other departments, i.e., Applications Engineering, Tooling, etcProvide phone support for the service parts queue as neededOther miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as required by the position.What We Look ForOne + years of experience in maintenance/repair of electrical and mechanical systems. CNC repair experience helpful.Degree/certificate in related field; Mechatronics, electrical/mechanical or electronics, Automation Technology, Automated Machinery Systems, Robotics, etcAbility to read and interpret drawings and schematicsExcellent technical, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to organize and track numerous details and projectsAbility to interact professionally and tactfully with internal and external customersStrong phone contact handling skills and active listeningAbility to investigate through research and conversation and resolve problems or questions.Solid computer knowledge and data entry skillWhat We OfferCompetitive Salary: Start at $27 - $32 per hour – depending on specific technical skills, knowledge and experience.
