This role supports daily operations by managing the front office, greeting clients, answering phones, and responding to email inquiries in a professional and timely manner. The Senior Administrative Assistant will schedule and confirm training appointments, maintain calendars for trainers, and ensure all client records and documentation are accurate and up to date. Responsibilities include handling payments, preparing basic reports, organizing files, ordering office supplies, and supporting management with executive-level administrative tasks as needed. The person in this role will help streamline processes, coordinate communication between clients and staff, and uphold a welcoming, organized, and efficient office environment.Qualifications Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including scheduling, filing, data entry, and document management.Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.Experience with Executive Administrative Assistance, such as calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparing basic reports.Proficiency with office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing) and comfort learning new systems.Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.Customer service mindset and the ability to remain calm and courteous in high-traffic or time-sensitive situations.Previous experience in an administrative role; experience in a small business, pet care, or service environment is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative or business training is beneficial.
