Provide quality nursing services to meet the physical, psychological, spiritual and restorative care needs of each resident, based upon your licensure and certifications. Maintain and follow established safety precautions and infection control procedures when performing day-to-day responsibilities. Monitor hygiene practices and ensure that infection control programs are carried out effectively. Respond to outbreaks and potential threats. Track and document patient and employee exposures. Coordinate preventative screening programs, such as influenza, TB skin testing, and hepatitis B.
