Esports Gaming (After School) Lab Leader

Next Generation Academy Esports (Located in Greensboro, NC) is an Elementary and Middle School Esports program in the Piedmont Triad Area. We currently now have 50 students enrolled in our program where they learn, practice, and compete in our Esports lab. We are growing each year and hope to add to our Esports roster. Esports (After School) Lab Leader: $17.00 / Hour [Part Time] We recently added 24 gaming PC stations to our program where students practice Esports with their teams. The lab leader is expected to manage around 10-12 Esports athletes in the Esports lab. The position will be part-time, Monday, Wednesday, & Thursdays from 2:00pm - 6:00pm. You will have all US holidays off, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, Winter Break, Spring Break, Summer Break and other misc. teacher workdays days during the school calendar. Skills that will make you successful in this job position: Technology troubleshooting and problem solving skills A background in elementary education/working with kids in a professional setting Any Esports experience Esports coaching and gameplay skills Game Analysis and Strategy Development skills Excellent Communication and Team Management skills Experience in competitive gaming or esports industry Knowledge of various esports titles and gameplay mechanics Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of employment.
