As the Detail Manager, you will lead the daily operations while ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and dealership-ready vehicle quality. This role is responsible for supervising detailers, managing workflow in a fast-paced dealership environment, and maintaining high standards for productivity, safety, and performance. The Detail Manager will have strong leadership skills, excellent organization, and the ability to step in and perform hands-on detailing when needed to keep operations running smoothly.
