We will need someone who can work effectively onsite with key personnel in the district and cross functionally with departments at Renaissance. This is a part- time contractor role located in Chicago, IL. Candidates must live in or around the Chicagoland area.\nIn this role as District Consultant Contractor, you will be responsible for:\nDeliver professional development training on best practices for product usage\nCoordinate professional development and technical services to the assigned district\nCreate and maintain a detailed project schedule in collaboration with the Customer Success Management Team\nWork closely with key Renaissance leaders to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner\nEstablish and maintain clear lines of communication with schools, district leaders, and Renaissance®\nHost weekly status meetings with key district leaders\nBuild awareness for the implementation process then work with stakeholders to monitor the implementation and form recommendations for next steps\nWork with campuses remotely and onsite (when applicable) to monitor the implementation and form recommendations for next steps\nIdentify and act on opportunities that improve or expand the districts implementation\nAnalyze data at the district and school level after each assessment period\nParticipate in internal meetings and professional learning opportunities\nQualifications\nFor this role as a District Consultant Contractor you should have:\nKnowledge of Renaissance products: Star preferred\nAttention to detail and accuracy with strong communication and organization skills\nAbility to communicate with key district leaders\nPositive, professional attitude with flexible travel schedule\nUnderstanding of how school districts operate\nComfortable with Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\nLive in or around the Chicagoland area\nAdditional Information\nAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.\nSalary Range: $50 hourly (20-40 hours expected per week)\nBenefits for eligible US employees include:\nWorld Class Health Benefits: Medical, Prescription, Dental, Vision, Telehealth\nHealth Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts\n401(k) and Roth 401(k) with company match\nPaid Vacation and Sick Time Off\n12 Paid Holidays\nParental Leave (20 total weeks with 14 weeks paid) & Milk Stork program\nTuition Reimbursement\nLife & Disability Insurance\nWell-being and Employee Assistance Programs\nBenefits listed apply to eligible U.S. employees in accordance with Renaissance’s benefits eligibility criteria.
