As a member of our team, you will apply your knowledge and skills to help us deliver scalable, performant, maintainable, and testable software.\n\nGeneral Requirements\n\n10+ years of experience in application development, production support, or application operations, including experience leading technical incident resolution.\nStrong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot applications.\nExperience supporting business-critical applications hosted in cloud environments.\nProven experience leading production incident investigations and coordinating cross-functional technical teams.\nGood understanding of cloud infrastructure, application monitoring, and performance troubleshooting.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and client leadership.\nAbility to independently drive issue resolution and proactively identify opportunities for application improvements.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nParticipate in daily-standups and other scrum ceremonies\nDevelop software designs and specifications using the Java programming language\nTest code through various means: unit tests, integration tests and performance tests\nContribute to the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of scalable microservices in a multi-region cloud environment\nBe a champion for engineering excellence\nBecome and stay an expert in current and emerging technologies and tools\nParticipate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for our tier-1 critical services facing millions of users worldwide.\n\nRequirements\n\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experience.\n10+ years of software engineering experience with Java\nSplunk and AI tools development/usage in SDLC\nMinimum 10 year’s experience with backend development\nMinimum 10 year’s experience with Microservices\nMinimum 10 year’s experience Developing Java API’s\nExperience working with Relational Databases.\nFluent in Java programming language.\nUnderstanding of message based distributed, scalable, and resilient systems.\nDesire to work in a start-up, fast-growth, or rapid-change environment.\nExperience working on a diverse workplace.\nProblem-solving skills to identify the root cause and implement the fix.\nSolid communication skills – written, and oral.\nAbility to be flexible, adapting to changing priorities.\nExperience transforming requirements into software design, documentation and software.\n\nSkills\n\nAbout RCG Global Services\nAt Myridius, we transform the way businesses operate.
