You’ll never pay a fee for our services!\nOverview:\nThe Mix/Batch Maker & Packaging Line Operator is responsible for the batching, measuring, and mixing of materials, as well as the proper operation of the manufacturing equipment on the packaging line. They are responsible for ensuring company products are produced to the guidelines set by production control and/or materials engineering to meet specification conformance.\nShift: 2nd shift M-F 3pm to 11:30pm overtime available\nPay Rate: $18-$22/hr\nResponsibilities or job duties:\nMix various components of the product per batch form following all instructions as detailed by sealant engineering.\nVerify all weights and measurements to ensure accuracy.\nResponsible for the efficient mixing and operation of the equipment to ensure proper batching times.\nCorrectly complete production batch forms.\nMaintain work area in a clean orderly fashion informing supervisor of any equipment problems.\nTrain others working in sealer manufacturing, as needed.\nResponsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of paperwork, as required.\nPerform other tasks assigned by supervisor including operating forklifts once trained & certified.\nQualifications:\nHS diploma/GED\nValid DL\nE-Verify\nMust be able to read and write English\nOpen to being cross trained\nOpen to working in adverse conditions including hot/cold both indoors and outdoors and/or in inclement weather.\nMinimum of 3 months - 1 year of experience in batch materials production, manufacturing or related.\nTechnical Skills: Exceptional safety awareness. Read, understand, and accurately execute instructions.
