Identify missing part information and dimensions , measure dimension from physical part update CAD model and drawings.\nResponsibility:-\nInteraction with project lead at client site.\nData and information gathering of the product with respect to manufacturing process, assembly process, engineering data and filed complaint issues.\nVerifying availability of reference data and engineering data, creating missing information, work instruction and updating the documents for engineering to resolve the issues.\nConduct physical measurement of part on need basis\nKey Technical Skill:-\nHands on experience on Solid edge for 3D and 2D drawing creation, good understanding on sheetmetal part design and welded structures.\nHaving knowledge on Pipe routing and product configurations in Solid Edge ST8/ST9. Working knowledge on Teamcenter an and Agile PLMs.\nMinimum 3 years of experience on Solid Edge , and 1 to 2 years’ experience on TC/Agile in last three years of experience. Familiar with MS office tools.\nDesired Skills:-\n3D and 2D design experience on Solid Edge s/w, working experience Team Centre plus Agile PLM. Knowledge of sheetmetal prat design, sheet metal press break operations and CNC laser cut operations. Knowledge of welded structures with dimensioning and tolerancing.\nShould be able to handle and use basic measuring equipment’s. Conversant with metrics and inch units of measurements.\nExperience Level:-\n4 to 6 years\n1.Need a guys who can work independently and take responsibility for delivering on his own\n2.: experience on PLM tools like Team Center and Agile, very minuscule experience on Solid Edge.
