Milestone Pacific Builders proudly serves the Southern California region, focusing on commercial, industrial, and facility construction needs.Role DescriptionThis full-time Concrete Worker role involves performing on-site tasks at our Huntington Beach, CA location. Responsibilities include constructing and dismantling formwork, operating heavy equipment, pouring and leveling ready mix concrete, conducting flatwork, and assisting in concrete placement and finishing. Additional duties involve adhering to safety protocols, properly handling tools and materials, and completing projects within specified timelines.QualificationsProficiency in Formwork and Carpentry techniques for concrete construction.Experience operating Heavy Equipment and working with Ready Mix Concrete in construction projects.Skills in Flatwork and other precision concrete finishing techniques.Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and efficient work practices.Physical ability to perform demanding construction tasks in outdoor environments.Relevant experience in commercial or industrial concrete construction is advantageous.Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.Read drawings.Minimum 2 years of concrete form setting and pouring.
