This role serves as a critical link between commercial, operational, and field teams, driving project performance across safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectives.\r\nWorking in close collaboration with the Operations Manager, Sales Manager, Project Coordinators, and field personnel. The Project Manager leads planning, coordination, and execution activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and profitably. This role requires a strong focus on proactive communication, risk mitigation, and disciplined project controls to support consistent high-quality outcomes.\r\nResponsibilitiesProject Execution & Operational Leadership\r\nLead the planning, execution, and closeout of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.\r\nMonitor project performance through regular reviews of progress, productivity, and deliverables, implementing corrective actions as needed.\r\nCoordinate labor, equipment, and materials to optimize utilization and maintain project momentum.\r\nMaintain clear, timely documentation of project communication, decisions, and changes\r\nSupport field personnel by providing direction, removing obstacles, and ensuring clarity of scope and expectations.\r\nFinancial Management & Commercial Discipline\r\nManage project financial performance, ensuring execution aligns with approved budgets and profitability targets.\r\nIdentify, validate, and initiate change orders for out-of-scope work;
