He/She should be a team player with an open mind, who is willing to assist in all aspects of a multi-grade classroom environment for 2025-2026. Specific duties determined by Applicant's strengths.Academic Qualifications**: Candidates must have Certification in Elementary Education K-8 and hold a Montana Teaching license or have the ability to obtain one. The successful candidate must also pass a background check.Supplemental Information**: The school district is on a 4 day school week, Monday to Thursday 7:30-4:30, with field trips that may fall on Fridays.Compensation**: STARS base salary has been adopted; Teachers Retirement System contribution; possible stipends for extra leadership responsibilities and Special Education endorsement.This position qualifies for the **Quality Educator Loan Assistance Program** authorized by the Montana Legislature.
