Social Media ManagerPlan and execute brand social media initiatives:Influencer Partnerships:Updating Social Content and Partner Trackers WeeklyCommunicating with partners and keeping informed on deliveries, etc.Content:Shoot & Edit Social-First Video for Social, Site & Email ChannelsSchedule branded content via BazaarvoicePush Content Live Across ChannelsInteract with consumer facing content – DMs, Tagged UGC, responding to comments (non-customer service facing)Paid Social:Support team with all paid social media requests, ie weekly meeting recaps, coordination of creative assets and communication with marketing team pre and postproductionGather all Paid Social for weekly updates and uploadingReporting:Weekly Trend Report showcasing industry trends, best practices and competitive activity across content, content creators, influencers and brand ambassadorsWeekly and Quarterly Organic Social Metrics across all ChannelsManage UGC Content:Across weekly moderation, UGC reporting, supporting UGC expansion across organic and product seedingPartner with vendors to increase UGC presence, approve and upload UGC to appropriate website streamQualifications2-3 years of social media, content and/or online brand marketing experienceSignificant project management experienceUndergraduate degree required, concentration in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism or related communications field preferredEditorial experience in branded content or copywritingActively involved in social media space, with a proven understanding of how to use social media tools to effectively listen, communicate, and build relationshipsHands-on experience with online communities and social networking sites in a professional capacity, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, and other emerging platformsBasic familiarity with Photoshop and experience creating graphics for visual-based platforms like PinterestTechnical understanding of existing digital platforms, emerging technologies, and integration strategiesExcellent written communication skills, with the ability to successfully interact directly with customers and members of the community in a public forumStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish effective relationships with all levels within the companyEffective time and project management skills, with ability to organize and prioritize efficientlyHighly creative and self-motivated, with strong conceptual and decision-making skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, as well as experience using social media tools like Sprinklr and Curalate for scheduling content and reporting performanceOur Culture & ValuesWe believe that taking care of our people is vital to our success and we strive to offer equitable and transparent practices for all. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
