Our designs and studies explore new technologies while maintaining quality, practical solutions that are integrated with scope, budgets, and schedules. Our strengths lie in listening to client requirements and finding effective and efficient solutions. We have extensive experience with LEED/Sustainability needs as part of the system designs for HVAC, lighting, power, and emergency systems. We analyze and develop strategies that minimize operation costs, maximize natural lighting and ventilation, while providing for comfort of visitors and staff.\nAbout Us:\nWe are a minority-woman owned engineering design firm with 3 offices in the San Francisco area. Our mission, and passion, is to create stronger communities through inspired, practical, and sustainable MEP building designs. Our team is driven to create designs that impact a diverse range of tenants and buildings from existing, historic, new buildings, to ferry, parks and educational facilities. Our clients range from large construction companies to boutique architectural firms to state, city, county and local government agencies. In 2023, we celebrated our 15 year milestone with pride, having completed over 1,000,000 square feet of integrated MEP designs for multi-family projects, serving the low-income, elderly, and formerly homeless population.\nElectrical Designer\nHybrid Position\nResponsibilities Include:\nElectrical building design\nPower and Lighting for multi-family housing and schools\nLow voltage: data, phone, access control, security\nService load calculations\nVoltage drop\nCircuiting of floor plans and panel schedules.\nEngineering documentation\nProject completion (from concept through construction administration)\nOther duties as assigned by manager\nRequired Experience:\nRevit experience and/or strong Auto CAD skills\nKnowledge of current codes (both local and national, Cal Green, and Title-24)\nExperience using energy software (Energy Pro, Visual 3D)\n3-5 years of experience in electrical design\n(PE license is NOT required)\nIF YOU HAVE MORE EXPERIENCE THAN THIS JOB POST ASKS FOR, PLEASE DO REACH OUT!
