Thousands of ambitious, passionate people worldwide work with integrity, think big, and are dependable to deliver on this mission.\nStaff Process Development Engineer We are currently searching for a Staff Process Development Engineer who will pioneer the development of processes and equipment for all iterations of Dexcom sensors, from research concepts to high‑volume manufacturing machinery.\nKey Responsibilities Research and select technologies used to inspect, measure and evaluate sensors\nWrite scripts and code for image translation and analysis\nApply knowledge of vision systems, inspection methods, lighting, camera options and equipment integration\nManage data acquisition methods from equipment into database or cloud storage\nDevelop requirements and specifications for new inspection equipment ensuring seamless transition into high‑volume manufacturing\nSupport clinical study design and execution for iterative design improvements\nQualifications and Experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to coordinate and prioritize activities to meet objectives on time and with high quality\nAbility to evaluate and apply design tradeoffs and constraints for design optimization\nHistory of running self‑directed projects, managing timelines, completing technology transfer, and executing projects in an R&D environment\nStrategic thinking able to switch between high‑level strategy and task‑based execution and strong mentoring and leadership skills\nProficiency in data analysis methods and analysis software, including design of appropriately powered and creatively designed experiments\nEffective technical writing skills – protocols, design of experiments (DOEs) and other technical reports\nAbility to deal with ambiguity/uncertainty and willingness to try new and challenging things\nExtensive knowledge of high reliability, high volume manufacturing processes and designs\nHands‑on work style in a fast‑paced environment\nEducation and Experience Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and a minimum of 8‑12 years related experience\nOr a Master’s degree and 5‑7 years equivalent industry experience\nOr a PhD and 2‑4 years experience\nBenefits and Compensation Front‑row seat to life‑changing CGM technology\nFull and comprehensive benefits program\nGrowth opportunities on a global scale\nAccess to career development through in‑house learning programs and/or tuition reimbursement\nTravel required: 0‑5%\nEqual Opportunity Employer Dexcom is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
