We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Menomonee Falls, WI team.\nThis position is responsible for a variety of warehousing and distribution center activities ranging from receiving to shipping operations. Responsibilities may include inventory control, expediting, order preparation and documentation for order processing. Must perform well in a team environment and possess a strong bias toward customer service.\nEssential Functions:\nAccurately pick single units and full cases for E-Commerce, retail, and Business-to-Business customers.\nUse RF scanners, Warehouse Management System (WMS) and pick tickets to execute picking transactions and verify products, quantities, and locations.\nSafely operate powered industrial vehicles such as order pickers, reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.\nBuild stable pallets according to order requirements and shipping standards.\nConsistently meet or exceed productivity, quality, and accuracy standards.\nPerform equipment and work area safety checks and maintain a clean, organized work environment.\nSupport continuous improvement and safety initiatives.\nServe as back-up team trainer for Picking Associate IIIs.\nFollow all safety, quality, and standard work procedures.\nDiversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.\nRequired Qualifications:\n2+ years of warehouse or order picking experience.\nAbility to read, count and verify product accurately.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nIntermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners.\nPrior certification to operate forklifts and order pickers and the ability to obtain certification upon hire.\nAbility to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.\nClear, professional verbal and written communication skills.\nPhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for a full shift.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nExperience operating in a high-volume, high output environment.\nFluent in English.\nWorking Conditions:\nModerate physical demand: often lifting/moving average weight (up to 50 lbs./27 kgs).\nAbility to stand and/or walk constantly over a full work shift (8–10 hours).\nAbility to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting and/or reaching.\nJob rotation may be required.\nAble to work in a non‑air‑conditioned environment.\nThe anticipated pay range for this position is $19.00-$26.00, hourly. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.\nAt Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role.
