Cleaner – Independent Contractor

Job Overview Scrub and Shine is a growing cleaning company looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team as independent contractors. We provide residential, rental, and small office cleaning services. Location Rochester and surrounding areas Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial cleaning services (standard, deep, move-in/out) Follow client-specific requests and checklists Ensure high attention to detail and cleanliness Communicate effectively with the team and clients when needed Provide own transportation to and from jobs Bring your own basic cleaning supplies (specialty supplies provided if needed) Ideal Candidate: No cleaning experience needed (willing to train the right person) Dependable, trustworthy, and self-motivated Good communication and time management skills Takes pride in delivering excellent results Comfortable working independently Comfortable driving 20+ mins to get to clients homes. Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Must be 18+ Schedule: There will some travel to and from clients homes. Can sometimes be 20+ minutes to and from.
