{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"4ac8720d08657b7deb2c747a","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/4ac8720d08657b7deb2c747a","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/4ac8720d08657b7deb2c747a","title":"Stan/Eval Support","description":"Job Summary\r\nPlan, administer, monitor, document, and report testing and training events and completion status for squadron personnel and students in accordance with squadron requirements.\r\nEducation and Experience\r\n\r\nMilitary technical training in related field, a plus.\r\nTwo years' experience working in a squadron (CAF FS/USAFWC), group, or wing Standardizations and Evaluations program.\r\nTwo Years' experience using PEX or similar scheduling program.\r\nTwo Years' experience using Microsoft Office Suite.\r\n\r\nEssential Duties\r\n\r\nMaintain accountability and control of flight-testing materials.\r\nUpdate data in PEX, GTIMS, or future Government-mandated equivalent systems, and locally developed computer database systems.\r\nInterface with HARM personnel to update the ARMS (or future Government-mandated equivalent systems).\r\nCoordinate with the training officer to review and update student/permanent party records, folders, and grade books per the applicable AFIs/AFMANs, associated MAJCOM Installation supplements, and locally developed guidance.\r\nNotify crewmembers, scheduling, and unit leadership of upcoming and overdue testing, evaluation, and training requirements via e-mail, telephone, or in person.\r\nPerform testing for administrator duties/function for the unit.\r\nConduct monthly reviews of those aircrews entering into the first month of evaluation eligibility period.\r\nInterpret AFIs/AFMANs and provide guidance to personnel assigned to Stan/Eval shops to help track training and readiness status of squadron personnel.\r\nSupport Stan/Eval Government-assigned Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) personnel with EFB Program.\r\nGenerate the following deliverables:\r\nEvaluation and testing status and trend data reports.\r\nAF Form 8, Certificate of Aircrew Qualification.\r\nProvide data to the OG/OGV for the standardization evaluation board (SEB) 6-month report.\r\n\r\nKnowledge, Skill and Abilities:\r\n\r\nKnowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.\r\nKnowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.\r\nUnderstanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.\r\nProviding information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.\r\nCommunicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources.\r\nJob requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.\r\n\r\nThe projected salary range for this position is $37,000-$63,000 and is based on experience and contractual requirements.
