Your Impact As Clinical Supervisor, you will: Lead and inspire a team of care managers, ensuring they deliver top-notch support to clients. Facilitate seamless day-to-day operations while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Mentor and train staff to develop their skills and confidence in case management and community resource navigation. Drive quality assurance through systematic reviews and process improvement. Collaborate with community organizations to strengthen relationships and educate the public about CLS services. Key Responsibilities Oversee hiring, training, and evaluation of care management staff. Monitor program documentation for accuracy and compliance. Conduct care planning and regular supervision to ensure exceptional service delivery. Stay updated on Santa Clara County community resources, Medi-Cal/Medicare regulations, and behavioral health services to act as a resource for your team. Cultivate a culture of learning through ongoing staff education, chart reviews, and peer feedback. Expanding personal knowledge, skill and attitudes specific to care management, family systems, geriatrics and gerontology, addiction and other relevant management or health care issues. Partner with local universities to supervise social work interns. What You Bring Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work (M.S.W.) or a related field. Experience: At least 2 years working directly with disabled adults or frail seniors, and proven ability to supervise care management staff. Expertise: Deep understanding of behavioral health services, case management, and community resources. Leadership: A track record of training and mentoring staff in a clinical setting.
