You'll work directly with ownership and gain hands-on experience programming, setting up, and optimizing increasingly complex jobs.\nWe value attitude, work ethic, curiosity, and a willingness to learn just as much as experience.\nResponsibilities\nProgram CNC mills using Mastercam.\nSet up and prove out new jobs.\nRead and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and customer specifications.\nSelect tooling, workholding, and machining strategies.\nOptimize programs for cycle time, quality, and tool life.\nTroubleshoot machining and programming issues.\nMaintain organized setup documentation and program revisions.\nCollaborate with the production team to meet quality and delivery expectations.\nContinue developing programming skills with opportunities to learn advanced 5-axis machining.\nQualifications\n2+ years of CNC programming experience.\nExperience with Mastercam.\nStrong understanding of CNC milling and machining fundamentals.\nAbility to independently set up and run CNC machining centers.\nAbility to read blueprints and understand GD&T.\nExperience selecting tooling and workholding.\nStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.\nSelf-motivated with a desire to continuously improve.\nAerospace machining experience is a plus but not required.\nWhat You'll Be Working With\nHaas UMC-500 SS 5-Axis Machining Center\nHaas VF-2SS Vertical Machining Center\nPrecision aerospace and prototype components\nLow-volume, high-mix production\nModern tooling and workholding\nWhat We're Looking For\nThe right person doesn't need to know everything on day one.\nWe're looking for someone with a solid machining foundation who's eager to learn, takes ownership of their work, asks questions, and genuinely enjoys becoming better at their craft.
