Primary responsibilities include transaction analysis and documentation; systems accounting, reporting and monitoring; portfolio servicing; and overall client service and support. Works closely with internal and external clients as well as third parties throughout all phases of loan/lease cycles including post close servicing, documentation and final exit.\nEssential Functions:\nEstablishes, develops and maintains a strong relationship with internal and external clients and third parties. Acts as a liaison between the organization, clients and third parties.\nProvides exceptional service to all clients and a consistent client experience that aligns with the mission and vision of Compeer.\nEducates the team, clients and third parties on policies, processes, transactional delivery and servicing.\nCoordinates and tracks the compilation of documents needed for transactions. Submits information to appropriate team member/department to take further action.\nCoordinates, reviews and determines documents needed to perfect Compeer’s required lien position on short term transactions.\nAccurately processes receipts, disbursements and maintenance to client accounts.\nScans and indexes documents into archival system.\nPrepares and delivers a variety of legal documents to clients on a timely basis to meet regulatory and compliance requirements.\nAssists financial officers in determining appropriate client products and delivery tools.\nMinimum Qualifications & Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nHigh school diploma or GED; secondary education preferred.\n0-5 years of client service experience, preferably in a financial institution.\nPreferred general knowledge of farming operations and agriculture.\nPreferred general knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures.\nAttention to detail and accuracy.\nFocus on client service.\nMathematical skills.\nProblem solving skills.\nStrong organizational, listening, written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.\nComputer skills, including MS Office applications and and/or other systems needed to perform functions of the role.\nFlexible and adaptable to changing priorities and situations.\nAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to work independently and cooperatively with other team members to service all aspects of client needs.\nWho is Compeer Financial?\nCompeer Financial exists to champion the hopes and dreams of rural America.
