This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into scalable, data-driven planning processes for demand-driven organizations.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in end-to-end implementations of Kinaxis RapidResponse, from requirements gathering through deployment and post-go-live supportDesign, configure, and customize RapidResponse solutions across modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and S&OPCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand supply chain challenges and translate them into system solutionsDevelop and maintain data models, dashboards, and scenario simulations to support real-time decision-makingIntegrate RapidResponse with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP platforms) ensuring accurate and timely data flowRequired QualificationsMinimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse in demand-driven environmentsProven experience with at least 2 full lifecycle (end-to-end) implementations, including design and configurationStrong understanding of supply chain planning concepts (forecasting, supply planning, inventory management)Experience working with data integration and enterprise systemsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentPreferred / Bonus QualificationsKnowledge of SAP S/4HANA and integration with KinaxisExperience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industriesFamiliarity with Agile project methodologies
