The successful candidate meets safety, production, sustainability, and quality standards. The Material Handler interacts with other departments to achieve the company's core strategies and moves products to accommodate production.\r\nWhy Work at MCCCompensation: $18.00/hr + $1.50/hr shift differential\r\nShift Hours: 3pm - 11pm ET Monday thru Friday\r\nGenerous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance and 401(k)\r\nPaid Holidays: New Years, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, plus two floating Holidays\r\nResponsibilitiesReads and understands Job Tickets and layouts to produce the correct product of the highest quality.\r\nUnderstands and executes plan schedules in an accurate and prompt manner to effectively maximize throughput.\r\nWorks closely with all Associates to coordinate the workflow.\r\nPerformance metrics must be at the average or greater for this position.\r\nCompletes required documentation in an accurate and prompt manner.\r\nSafely operates material moving equipment.\r\nAssists in maintaining equipment for optimal operation, including adjustments. Assists with preventative maintenance.\r\nCorrectly enters information into systems for job tracking and payroll.\r\nDisposes of waste materials into proper storage containers. Mark and identify containers with required documentation.\r\nComplies with established facility safety policies and procedures and other regulations (IE: GMP, HAACP, BRC) as applicable.\r\nInteracts and behaves professionally. Treats all associates respectfully and professionally while maintaining the company code of ethics.\r\nResponsible for maintaining daily housekeeping efforts.\r\nParticipates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned\r\nQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skill, and ability.\r\nAbility to operate material handling equipment.
