Transfers order file for routing.\nNotify customers or sales reps. of customer item “outs”.\nEnsures COAs, and Spec Sheets are provided to Customers as necessary.\nDaily invoicing of credit memos.\nCredit and Collections Answers telephone and direct calls to appropriate person.\nResearch customer, Sales Rep and BAKEMARK Affiliate inquiries.\nBack up to Will-Call and other positions as directed by Supervisor.\nProvide Sales Representative vacation relief.\nFiles documents as directed.\nAssist Office Supervisor with back office duties as needed; such as cash handling and NDS data input.\nTreat all customers both external and internal with dignity and respect.\nAdhere to all company policies, procedures and safety rules as stated in the Employee Handbook and otherwise posted or communicated.\nOther duties will be assigned as needed to meet company goals and objectives.\nBakeMark is not accepting unsolicited assistance from search firms for this employment opportunity.
