Safety\n\nComply with all aspects of the Safety Management System\n\nIdentify, report, and help eliminate hazards with team members\n\nComplete all required safety training\n\n2. Process Operations\n\nResponsible for the safe and efficient operation of equipment used in sludge processing, including dewatering, drying, lime stabilization, and truck and rail loading.\n\nOperate and monitor equipment including dryers, RTOs, centrifuges, polymer systems, pumps, conveyors, valves, tanks, chemical feed systems, and air compressors\n\n3. Operations, Maintenance & Compliance\n\nOperate plant systems in accordance with procedures and maintain process parameters\n\nCollect samples and record operating data (flows, temperatures, pressures)\n\nComplete all required documentation including logs, inspections, permits (LOTO, confined space, hot work), and work orders\n\nMaintain plant records and ensure compliance with permits, design requirements, and product quality standards\n\nPerform preventive maintenance, inspections, and cleaning (including confined space entry)\n\nIdentify and report equipment issues or unsafe conditions\n\nInitiate emergency procedures as needed\n\n4. General Duties\n\nMonitor materials, supplies, and inventory levels and notify management as needed\n\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment\n\nSupport safe, efficient material handling and processing\n\nPerform housekeeping duties such as sweeping and shoveling\n\n5.
