Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Responsibilities:New Product Development:Design and analyze mechanical and hydraulic components, particularly for aircraft brake control systems.Technical Leadership:Act as the primary technical point of contact for hydro-mechanical products on assigned projects or programs.Component Design:Develop, design, and modify mechanical components to meet specific requirements.Documentation:Prepare necessary documentation to define products and provide verification through analytical methods.Cross-functional Support:Provide technical assistance to internal departments, suppliers, and customers on product-related matters.Design Verification:Perform analysis and tests to verify the functionality and performance of product designs.Required Skills:Process Planning: Expert3D CAD Modeling and Drafting: ExpertMechanical Product Design: ExpertDesired Skills:MS Office: Good3D Prototyping: GoodQualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering/ManufacturingExperience: 7 to 10 years of experience in Mechanical Product Design and DevelopmentLanguage: Fluent in EnglishPosition Location:Client Location: Crane, Burbank, CA, USAThis is a temporary role with a duration of 2 years.
