production partners, freelancers, creators, and vendors that support Aventon's growing creative needs.\n\nQualifications\n\n5+ years of experience in creative production, branded content, integrated marketing, advertising, content creation, or related creative operations roles.\n\nProven experience managing photo, video, social, digital, and campaign productions from concept through final delivery.\n\nExperience contributing to creative development, campaign ideation, script writing, creative treatments, storyboarding, or content concepting.\n\nStrong storytelling instincts with the ability to translate products, customer insights, and brand objectives into engaging content narratives.\n\nExperience writing short‑form scripts, video outlines, creative briefs, production treatments, presentations, or campaign narratives.\n\nStrong understanding of pre-production, production, post-production, editorial, and content distribution workflows.\n\nExperience managing production budgets, schedules, vendors, contracts, and project timelines.\n\nFamiliarity with content ecosystems across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, paid social, ecommerce, streaming platforms, and emerging channels.\n\nStrong organizational, communication, and project management skills.\n\nExperience working with cross‑functional creative, marketing, ecommerce, product marketing, social, and growth teams in fast‑paced environments.\n\nProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Frame.io, project management tools, and production workflow platforms.\n\nFamiliarity with AI‑assisted creative tools and emerging production technologies is a plus.\n\nExperience within cycling, outdoor, mobility, sports, performance, or lifestyle brands is preferred.\n\nKnowledge of bike culture and the cycling industry is highly valued.\n\nAbility and willingness to travel frequently, including domestic and international travel, sometimes on short notice, to support productions, events, and brand
