Motor City Cleaning Company is looking for a part time or full time cleaner.Motor City Cleaning Company is looking for someone reliable to perform basic janitorial tasks such as pulling trash, cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, dusting and disinfecting surfaces.About the Job:Shift Hours- Monday - Friday -7pm - 1amOccasional weekends are required.5 days per week.Pay Based on experience.Motor City Cleaning goal is to provide exceptional cleaning to all our clients.Janitor Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesClean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows, and walls.Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones.Empty trash and recycling binsVacuum, sweep and mop floors.Clean and maintain restrooms.Washing and clean windows and mirrorsDust furniture and fixtures (including high dusting)Stock and maintain supply rooms.Notify supervisors of unsafe conditionsOperate floor scrubbers and other equipment.Janitor Job QualificationsGood organization skillsGood verbal communication skills and interpersonal skillsTime-management and multitasking abilitiesKnowledge of various cleaning products and when to use themKnowledge of safety guidelines when working with chemical cleanersAbility to clean and disinfect various surfaces.Ability to lift and move at least 50 pounds.Ability to stand and walk for long periods.Physical strength and staminaAbility to work with minimal supervision.Driver's license and reliable transportation.**Excellent Attendance**Strong work ethicMust live in the Plymouth, Canton, Westland, Garden city, Livonia area.Commercial Cleaning experience preferred.
