Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & Platform ManagementStrategy & Execution: Develop and execute innovative social media strategies aligned with overall company branding and marketing goals.Multi-Platform Growth: Actively manage, optimize, and grow Luminess’s presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and emerging platforms.Social Operations: Schedule and manage daily social media activity using scheduling tools like Hootsuite to ensure consistent, well-timed publishing.Content Creation & Graphic DesignShort-Form Video Production: Brainstorm, script, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video reels, TikToks, and short-form video content that resonates with our target audience.Visual Aesthetics: Create engaging static graphics, photography, and written copy that match our brand voice.Asset Editing: Edit graphics, promotional materials, and branded marketing content to ensure high-quality, cohesive aesthetics across all channels.Community Engagement & Social ListeningAudience Interaction: Monitor comments, direct messages, and brand mentions daily, engaging with our audience while maintaining a professional, authentic brand voice.Trend Tracking: Conduct social listening and competitor research to identify emerging trends, platform updates, and digital marketing innovations, pivoting strategies accordingly.Affiliate & Collaborator OutreachProgram Growth: Manage, optimize, and scale the Luminess affiliate program to drive revenue and brand awareness.Influencer Outreach: Proactively source, pitch, and acquire new affiliates, content creators, and brand collaborators to build a robust network of brand advocates. Qualifications & SkillsExperience: 2–4 years of experience managing professional social media accounts (portfolio or links to handles required).
