Recruiting Coordinator Our Recruiting Coordination team is committed to operational excellence. We partner with our Recruiters to build efficient interview processes, laying the foundation for an outstanding candidate experience.You will take on the following responsibilities:Facilitate full-cycle, multi-stage interview processes, collaborating closely with candidates to schedule their remote and on-site interviewsDetermine appropriate interview lineups and coordinate candidate schedules with interviewersMaintain accurate and timely data in our applicant tracking systemCollect and process interview feedback while maintaining discretionEnsure candidates have a positive experience during their interview processGreet and manage onsite administration for candidates visiting our New York officesAd-hoc project supportYou should possess the following qualifications:1-2 years of experience in human resources or recruitingBachelors in any fieldExcellent attention to detail and strong foresightExperience in a fast-paced, evolving work environmentInitiative to follow through on tasks and problem solve solutions in real timeAbility to prioritize planned work with real-time partner supportDriven by process and systems-mindedStrong interpersonal skills, both written and verbalPreferred skills: Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, sophisticated functions and formulas)Required Skills: Project Management, PlanningBasic Qualification: CoordinatorThis is a high priority requisition.
