Lucky Strike - - Responsibilities: Greet guests in person and over the phone and provide excellent guest service; Manage the waitlist and track lane/shoe/equipment availability; Assist with league preparation and ensure smooth front-desk operations; Process sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures; Operate the POS system and related front-desk technology, and log equipment/malfunctions to maintenance
