Job Summary for COTA Position (Long-Term Care Facility, Portland, OR): Provide occupational therapy services under supervision of an Occupational Therapist Assist with assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of therapy programs Work with residents to improve daily living and functional skills Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team Support residents' rehabilitation goals and promote independence Maintain compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations Collaborate with nursing and therapy staff for optimal patient outcomes Full-time, day shift schedule; ASAP start date
