Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA/RCFA) for critical failures and implement corrective actions.\nSupport spare parts optimization using failure and usage data. Integrate Condition Monitoring (vibration, thermography, oil analysis, etc.) into maintenance plans.\nMaintain and improve asset criticality rankings and failure mode databases. Collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering teams on equipment upgrades and modifications.\nEnsure compliance with OEM specs, QA/QC testing, and warranty validation.
