They will also serve as an integral member of the team working with adhesives and sealants for our circuit‑board manufacturing line.In This Role You Will Lead the development and optimization of composite manufacturing processes, applying innovative techniques to increase yield and reduce production costs. Design, test, and qualify adhesive and sealant applications for circuit‑board assemblies, ensuring reliability and performance across defense programs. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including materials, quality, and manufacturing engineering—to integrate process improvements into high‑volume production. Analyze process data, identify root‑cause defects, and implement corrective actions that drive continuous improvement. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and safety.
