Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) - Team Lead - Cumberland CountyJoin a supportive team who values Compassion, Excellence, Collaboration, Inclusion, Hope, & Authenticity!As our ACT Team Lead, you will work to establish, administer, and direct the ACT program, a self-contained clinical team which assumes responsibility for directly providing needed treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to identified members with severe and persistent mental illnesses. The Team Lead supervises and evaluates the multidisciplinary team in conjunction with appropriate psychiatric support to ensure service excellence, courteous, helpful and respectful services to program members and functions as a practicing clinician on the team.This is a community-based role that covers Cumberland County. Licensures eligible to receive this benefit include LCSWA, LCMHCA, LMFTA, LPA, LCASA, and CADC.Job Responsibilities of an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team LeadProvide effective oversight, direction, and clinical and administrative supervision to assigned staff/programsBuild and manage an effective and clinically sound teamServe as a practicing clinician on assigned Assertive Community Treatment Team and coordinate the activities and services in their assigned area, including on-call crisis intervention rotationLead meetings and disseminate information to other ACTT staff from various sourcesMonitor and assess the quality of services of assigned programs including but not limited to conducting audits of charts, overseeing the peer review process, direct observation of staff, and other activities as deemed appropriate by the Agency Quality Improvement Plan.Monitor medical records management and activities of the Assertive Community Treatment Team to ensure compliance with agency policies, Medicaid, and other requirementsQualifications Of An Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team LeadEducation and ExperienceMaster's degree in Human Services3 years post graduate clinical experience with Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders preferredLicensure/CertificationsLCMHC, LCSW, LMFT preferred, ORAn associate level licensed professional (LCMHCA, LCSWA, LMFTA) may serve as the team leader conditional upon being fully licensed within 30 months from the effective date of this policy.
