The serviceman would only be responsible for refrigeration and HVACE equipment, we do not have any boilers, and the other items are handled by different vendors\r\nPerforms preventative maintenance tasks and records required information and EPA forms.\r\nMonitors preventive maintenance work done by outside contractors.\r\nResponsible for troubleshooting mechanical and electrical problems, performing repairs, documenting solutions and recommending further action.\r\nMaintains a high technical level in troubleshooting and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment.\r\nManage communications for service calls in a timely manner as required.\r\nMaintain current license, inspection, permit, and certificate requirements to meet all state and local codes.\r\nOperates building controls and automation systems. Fine tune operating parameters. Adjust set points and schedules. Fully understand and modify building control sequences and operates the Building Automation System.\r\nPerform a variety of administrative tasks such as: ordering material and writing purchase orders, and data entry for work reports and refrigerant leak reports via Ipad device.\r\nPerforms all duties in a timely, efficient, & professional manner.\r\nThe salary range is $85,862 to $132,080 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates.
