{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"4a4aecbe5274fccc184cfca4","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/4a4aecbe5274fccc184cfca4","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/4a4aecbe5274fccc184cfca4","title":"Purchasing Coordinator","description":"Check and if necessary correct purchase order content to ensure it fulfils necessary standards and requirements (BOS, SOX, POS)\nSupport Approve Suppliers List adds and changes as necessary\nCheck purchase requisition / create purchase order where requested\nEnsure requested products / services are in line with commodity strategies and Approved Suppliers list\nProcess and follow up purchase orders and approval process in ERP System\nSend purchase orders to vendors\nSupport plants in local sourcing process – in line with commodity strategy and targets to limit supplier base\nSupport accounts payable with invoice reconciliation for plant etc.\nFor audits, responsible for support of plant team in providing purchasing information and support\nWorks with material which may be confidential or important in nature.\nOrganizes and maintains files and records pertinent to departmental procedures.\nPerforms other duties and projects as assigned.\n\nRequired Education Level\nHigh School Graduate or Equivalent\nArea of Study: Commercial and/or technical education (high School) Alternatively University Degree\nRequired Qualifications\n1 -3 entry level coordinator experience or similar role\n1-3 Minimum Years of Experience within the automotive industry preferred\n\nThank you for your interest in Yanfeng.
